Well, well, well.  What an amazing few days it has been!  Surprisingly, I must thank LuLaRoe!!  Don’t fall off your seat or have milk spill out your nose, wait for it.  I must thank LuLaRoe because I have always wanted to write.  Here I am sharing some vital information that is giving thousands a voice AND is keeping thousands more from negatively impacting their families financially, emotionally, and socially. LuLaRoe has given me a powerful motivation to finally write for others.  So, thank you, LuLaRoe for not allowing me to procrastinate on writing any longer!  Do not fret, there will be no more thanking LuLaRoe.

In just four short days, over 20,000 people have read the first blog chock-full of insider information. You are listening, you are reading, and you are imparting the honest accounts coming from current and past LuLaRoe consultants by sharing over Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Grab a drink (anything besides kool-aid is OK), put your feet up, and read it if you missed it. (Check out the the comments too because those are highly enlightening!)

So what has happened over the past few days?  Phew, it’s exhausting.

Heart-felt videos have gone viral and shocking tell-all blogs are popping up time and time again.  Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are aglow with these posts hopping from one person to the next.

Leaders in LuLaRoe are getting nervous realizing that consultants are vastly unhappy and are leaving in droves, so they are suggesting to consultants to go “all in.”  In LuLaRoe Land, “all in” means  dumping all ones’ money into the organization by buying, buying, buying more inventory. It also means keeping that “kool-aid” fake positive attitude that the company can do no wrong.  Everyone keeps talking about the kool-aid, but it’s got to be something else that we all need to get a hold of because that stuff paints everything a shade of rainbows, unicorns, sunshine, and leprechauns dancing. That stuff is good and has some serious street worth. Of course while we’re “all in,” LuLaRoe has the consultants’ best interests at heart, right?

There’s another side to this “all in” for leaders in LuLaRoe over the past week especially.  Hmmmm, are they also seeing these blogs and videos all over social media?  Sponsors, Mentors, and Coaches are getting especially cheery and talking about LuLaRoe being equivalent to high end retailers and lines like Nordstrom’s and Oscar de la Renta.  Do not discount — EVER.  Really?  When is the last time you saw these cheap materials at that store or with that clothing line?  When did a retailer ever NOT have a sale?  Posts and messages are everywhere and even more berating, stating that consultants “do not want it if they are not making the sales,” and remember…”buy more inventory because with more inventory you will sell more.”   a.k.a. Buy more inventory and line their pockets with their bonus checks before everyone in their downline jumps the sinking LuLaRoe cruise ship.

Guess what?  News is breaking this week that more and more leaders are running away from the sinking ship and leaving behind their teams and their bonus checks!  What does that tell the public when leaders with teams, who earn from the consultants below them, are leaving that all behind?  Have you heard sighs of relief from these leaders this week because I have!

Current consultants are nervous, and understandably so.  They have invested thousands upon thousands of dollars and LuLaRoe does not have their backs.  Current and past consultants have divulged a lot of information over the few days that shows the correct lens over LuLaRoe.  We do not mean to hurt you, current consultants with kind hearts; we want to give you a voice that has been squelched for too long.  You are not a victim of this system, you are not a victim of anything. You CAN and you WILL make this a happy ending for yourself. If you are considering getting out, get out. We can all help you sell, sell, sell those shit print Cassie skirts and feel happy, happy, happy.  Feel free to tell those nervous leaders that you are discounting product!!

What about the customers?  Please remember your favorite consultants, the genuine ones.  Remember the true ones with great customer service.  Line THEIR pockets because they deserve it. Remember how hard they work and please respect their time and money that they have put into this venture.  Remember that they have families and other obligations and that you are important to them also.

One of the best outcomes of these past few days is the SISTERHOOD.  Now, now, now, you know I am not talking about the LuLaSisterhood because that sh** is all sorts of f***** up.  There’s a blog about that. (really!)  The LuLaSisterhood that the leaders of this company created by sipping and serving the street-savvy kool-aid  is all about putting others down because they did not work hard enough or because better friends come with more money. The sisterhood of consultants banding together sharing their real-life LuLaExperiences is beyond amazing.  The Underdog Sisterhood is caring, respectful, supportive, and trustworthy.  The Underdog Sisterhood has each others’ backs, lifting each other up by sharing laughs and encouragement.

We didn’t start the events of the past week, LuLaRoe got that ball rolling itself by all its  inconsistencies and the continual bad treatment of its people. In fact, we joined this organization with big smiles and enthusiasm and it was crushed by lies, the run-around, and withholding our money.  LuLaRoe did not share a sisterhood of strong, confident, fun, and enlightened women or anything close to it.

Us here, we are those strong, confident, fun, and enlightened women.

Call us the underdogs because everyone loves when an underdog wins.
